Design Site with Lots of Free Templates

I came across a website today while searching for sunrays to add to my image... the blogger calls himself "Lord of Design" - a rather lofty title, but sure uploads a lot of pictures to his site. I've added his link in my sidebar and will definitely be visiting often.
