Illustration Friday - Winter

Last minute illustration post. Didn't have time to colour it in, but it's done in my little moleskin book for the Sketchbook Project. I'm panicking a bit because the deadline is Jan 15, and I started really late on 21 Dec to sketch in it.

This sketch was inspired by my Singaporean friend coming to Oslo (I haven't seen her but the image of her manifested in this Snow Queen), my neighbour's dog, diamonds glittering in the snowy ground and the snow leopard photo on the cover of Mac OS X Snow Leopard installation CD, which was one of my Christmas presents this year from Viking Man.

I'm working on Spring, Summer and Autumn too. I hope they can become inspiring pieces.
